WHO IS THIS APPLICATION FOR?
The application is aimed at different users who want to keep their minds active. Under no circumstances will any information be collected that could lead to a user profile based on their health, pathologies, problems, etc. CHESSGYM does not intend for the application to be used by children under the age of 13, nor does it intend to collect personal data from them.
Children under the age of 13 should not install our app on any device. In the event that a child under 13 installs the application and provides personal data, we will take steps to remove the information provided from our server. If a child under the age of 13 wants to use the application, it must be an adult who, with his or her username and password, and under his or her responsibility, allows access.

If you are required to create a unique password to restrict access to your account, choose a password that is difficult for other users to guess, and be careful not to reveal it to anyone. It is your responsibility to safeguard your password and account information at all times. If you use a public or shared mobile device, never hit save user and always log out of your account whenever you stop using the device.
ANDROID AD ID CLARIFICATIONS
Google Play Services version 4.0 has introduced new APIs and an identifier (ID) that can be used by analytics and advertising providers. The terms of use for these APIs and the ID are set out below.
Usage: The Android Advertising ID is used only for advertising and user analytics purposes. The status of the option to opt out of interest-based advertising must be checked on each access of the ID.
Association with personally identifiable information or other identifiers: The Advertising Identifier is not linked to personally identifiable information or associated with any persistent device identifier (e.g., SSAID, MAC address, or IMEI) without explicit user consent.
Respect for user selections: Upon reset, the new advertising identifier is not linked to a previous advertising identifier or to data derived from a previous advertising identifier without explicit user consent. You also have the option to opt out of interest-based advertising. If a user has enabled this option, the advertising identifier is not used to create user profiles for advertising purposes or to reach users with interest-based advertising. Permitted activities include contextual advertising, frequency limiting, conversion tracking, reporting, and fraud and security detection.
Compliance with Terms of Use: The Advertising ID is used only in accordance with these terms, including use by any party with whom you may share it in the course of doing business. All updates and new
applications uploaded to the Play Store must use the Advertising ID (where available on a device) in place of any other device identifier for advertising purposes.
FOR HOW LONG DO WE PROCESS YOUR DATA?
- For the duration of the relationship with us and, once it has ended, for the period of limitation of the obligations arising from the processing of the data.
- Regarding the sending of commercial communications, we process the data until such time as you express your opposition or request cancellation.
WHAT IS THE LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING?

Likewise, in each commercial communication received by electronic means, you will have a mechanism to request unsubscription.
Users have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) when they consider that the processing of their personal data infringes the applicable regulations.
